หนัง Shuttle Life อาเฉียงอาศัยอยู่ในเมืองใหญ่กับแม่ที่มีอาการทางจิตและฮุย น้องสาวอายุ 5 ขวบ เมื่อฮุยตายในอุบัติเหตุ อาเฉียงพยายามพาร่างของเธอกลับบ้าน แต่เขากลับพบอุปสรรคเมื่อเขาไม่สามารถยืนยันได้ว่าฮุยเป็นน้องสาวของเขาเพราะตอนที่ฮุยเกิดมานั้นไม่ได้มีการแจ้งเกิด เมื่อแม่ของเขาไม่สามารถช่วยอะไรได้ อาเฉียงจึงต้องพยายามตามลำพัง

Qiang lives in the big city and struggles to take care of his mentally unstable mother and a 5-year-old sister, Hui Shan. When a speeding car kills Hui Shan in an accident, Qiang is desperate to claim his sister’s body. Unfortunately, he can’t prove his relation with Hui Shan as she was never registered at birth. Qiang’s mother is no helping given her condition, so Qiang is forced to face this predicament on his own.
