หนัง Black Dog สุดขอบทะเลทรายโกบีในพื้นที่ทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศจีน หลาง เดินทางกลับมายังบ้านเกิด หลังจากที่เพิ่งจะถูกปล่อยตัวออกมาจากเรือนจำ และในตอนที่เขาทำงานให้กับทีมตรวจตราสุนัขเพื่อจัดการกับสุนัขจรจรก่อนที่จะมีการแข่งขันกีฬาโอลิมปิก เขาก็เกิดความผูกพันธ์กับสุนัขสีดำตัวหนึ่งขึ้นมา ทำให้สองวิญญาณที่สุดแสนจะโดดเดี่ยวได้ออกเดินทางร่วมกัน

Black Dog On the edge of the Gobi desert in Northwest China, Lang returns to his hometown after being released from jail. While working for the local dog patrol team to clear the town of stray dogs before the Olympic Games, he strikes up an unlikely connection with a black dog. These two lonely souls embark on a journey together.
