หนัง Kang Baan - ข้างบ้าน

หนัง Kang Baan หรือชื่อไทยว่า ข้างบ้าน เป็นเรื่องราวของครอบครัวหนึ่งที่เพิ่งย้ายเข้ามาอยู่ในบ้านหลังใหม่ ซึ่งดูเหมือนจะเป็นบ้านในฝันของพวกเขา แต่หลังจากที่เริ่มตั้งรกราก ก็มีเรื่องผิดปกติเกิดขึ้นในละแวกบ้าน ความสงสัยค่อย ๆ กลายเป็นความสยองขวัญเมื่อพวกเขาค้นพบว่า เหตุการณ์ประหลาดเหล่านั้นอาจมาจาก "บ้านข้าง ๆ" ที่ดูเหมือนปกติธรรมดา

โดยมี "กฏเหล็ก" ที่ต้องจำไว้คือ ห้ามยุ่งกับเพื่อนบ้าน! เพราะบ้านหลังใหม่นี้มีเพื่อนบ้านที่ไม่ใช่... คน

Kang Baan The film tells the story of a family who moves into a new house, which initially appears to be their dream home. However, as they begin to settle in, strange occurrences start happening in the neighborhood. Their suspicion slowly escalates into horror when they discover that these bizarre events may be originating from the seemingly normal "house next door."

They must adhere to one strict rule: Do not interfere with the neighbors! Because the new house comes with neighbors who are not... human.
