หนังภาพยนตร์ ICE CREAM MAN หรือในชื่อภาษาไทยว่า หวานเย็น เข็นมาเชือด เรื่องราวสุดสะพรึงเริ่มต้นขึ้นในเมืองแถบชานเมืองที่เคยเงียบสงบ เมื่อชายขายไอศกรีมลึกลับปรากฏตัวขึ้นพร้อมกับรถขายไอศกรีมสีสันสดใส เขาตระเวนแจกความหวานเย็นแสนอร่อยให้กับเด็กๆ ในละแวกนั้นจนกลายเป็นขวัญใจของทุกคนอย่างรวดเร็ว

แต่แล้วเหล่าผู้ปกครองก็ต้องเผชิญกับฝันร้ายที่คาดไม่ถึง เมื่อไอศกรีมปริศนาเหล่านั้นมีส่วนผสมวิปริตบางอย่างที่ค่อยๆ เปลี่ยนเด็กน้อยที่แสนไร้เดียงสาให้กลายเป็นฆาตกรเลือดเย็นจอมซาดิสต์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเดียวคือการไล่ล่าและ "เชือด" ผู้ใหญ่ทุกคนในเมือง! ท่ามกลางความโกลาหลและเลือดที่นองเต็มพื้น กลุ่มพ่อแม่ที่รอดชีวิตต้องพยายามหาทางเอาชีวิตรอดจากการตามล่าของลูกๆ ตัวเอง พร้อมกับหาวิธีหยุดยั้งคนขายไอศกรีมโรคจิตคนนี้ให้ได้ ก่อนที่เมืองทั้งเมืองจะกลายเป็นลานประหาร

ICE CREAM MAN A peaceful suburban town is thrown into absolute, blood-soaked chaos when a mysterious and charismatic ice cream vendor rolls into the neighborhood. Offering free, irresistibly sweet treats to the local youth, he quickly becomes a favorite among the kids.

However, the parents soon realize that these aren't ordinary desserts. The seemingly innocent children undergo a terrifying psychological and physical transformation, turning into ruthless, bloodthirsty killers with one chilling goal: hunting down every adult in town. As the neighborhood descends into madness and the body count rises, a desperate group of surviving parents must band together. They are forced to survive the deadly games played by their own children while trying to stop the sinister ice cream man and break his gruesome spell before it's too late.
