หนัง Customs Frontline หรือชื่อไทยว่า คู่มหากาฬพิฆาตนรก โจวเจิ้งหลี่ ผู้ตรวจสอบกรมศุลกากรฮ่องกงนอกรีตที่มีอดีตดำมืดอันโชกโชนซึ่งกำลังถูกจับตามองจากหน่วยงาน แต่ยังโชคดีที่ได้ จางอี้หนาน ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายตรวจสอบที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยประสบการณ์คอยให้คำชี้แนะเขาด้วยความอดทน จนทำให้เจิ้งหลี่กลับตัวกลับใจออกจากแก๊งค้าอาวุธสงครามข้ามชาติ และใช้ทุกความสามารถที่มีอยู่เพื่อกวาดล้างพวกมันให้สิ้นซาก

Customs Frontline Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department officers Chow Ching-lai and Cheung Wan-nam share a close mentor-student relationship. On a case involving seized smuggled arms, Ching-lai is sent to take part in a joint operation with Interpol to capture a reclusive arms dealer. However, Wan-nam makes a drastic decision that further complicates the case.
