หนัง Tum Luad Tang หรือชื่อไทยว่า ตำรวจแต่ง : กำเนิดผู้พิทักษ์สันติหลุด โจ๋ และเพื่อนๆ อีก 3 คน ได้ก่อตั้งบริษัทเอกชนขึ้นมา ชื่อว่า บริษัท ตำรวจแต่ง จำกัด พวกเขาได้ทุนมาจากเฮียเล่ เจ้าของเต้นท์รถมือสอง ที่โดนคนร้ายมาขโมยรถ เลยต้องการให้โจ๋ไปตามจับคนร้ายให้ เลยให้ทุนมาก่อตั้งเป็นสเมือนกับตำรวจเอกชน เพราะในตอนนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจก็ไม่ทำงาน ไม่ช่วยเหลือประชาชน มิหน้ำส่ำยังมีการแอบนำยาบ้ามาขายเอง ทำให้ชาวบ้านติดยาหลายคนและทำให้เกิดเหตุคนคลั่งอาละวาด และปัญหาอีกมากมาย อีกทั้งโจ๋ต้องเจอกับปัญหาเรื่องความรักอีกด้วย

Tum Luad Tang Joe and his three friends have founded a private company called "Fake Police Co., Ltd." They received funding from Hia Lay, the owner of a used car dealership, whose cars were recently stolen. He wanted Joe to catch the criminals, so he provided funding for them to establish a private police force. This was necessary since the official police weren’t doing their jobs, neglecting to help the public. Worse still, some officers were secretly selling illegal drugs, which led many locals to become addicted and caused violent incidents and other problems in the community.

On top of this, Joe is facing challenges in his love life. How will the four of them navigate these tough situations, and will they be able to take down the corrupt cops? Find out in the movie Tum Luad Tang.
