Senpai is an Otokonoko: Clear After the Rain This is the sequel to the romantic comedy featuring Makoto, a cross-dressing young man, and Saki, the girl who fell in love with him. This installment focuses on Makoto confronting his past and Saki making a pivotal decision during spring break.

Having learned the truth that Makoto is actually a man, Saki resolves to move forward with the relationship, despite facing various obstacles and the concerns of those around them.
