หนัง Pee Nak 5 หรือชื่อไทยว่า พี่นาค 5 หลังจากเหตุการณ์ในภาคที่แล้วที่แก๊งเพื่อนซี้ได้เผด็จศึก "ผีนาคติณณ์" จนสิ้นฤทธิ์ เวลาผ่านไป 1 ปี ความสงบสุขก็พังทลายลงอีกครั้ง เมื่อ บอลลูน (เอม วิทวัส), เฟิร์ส (เจมส์ ภูริพรรธน์) และ คุณโท (มีน พีรวิชญ์) ต้องเผชิญหน้ากับความอาฆาตครั้งใหม่ จู่ๆ พวกเขาก็ถูกไล่ล่าจากผีพี่นาคตนใหม่ที่มีความเฮี้ยนและดุร้ายกว่าเดิม

ในวินาทีวิกฤต น็อต (ต้า อธิวัตน์) อดีตเณรผู้มีวิชาอาคมได้เข้ามาช่วยเหลือทุกคนไว้ได้ทันเวลา แต่เหตุการณ์กลับตาลปัตรเมื่อพวกเขารู้ความจริงว่า เป้าหมายของผีพี่นาคตนนี้ไม่ได้ต้องการแค่ชีวิตของคนทั่วไป แต่จ้องจะเอาชีวิต "ทุกคนที่น็อตรัก" ให้ตายตกไปตามกัน ทำให้แก๊งพี่นาคต้องรวมตัวกันอีกครั้งเพื่อออกเดินทางสืบหาต้นตอและหยุดยั้งคำสาปนี้ ก่อนที่ทุกคนจะต้อง "สู่ขิต" กันจริงๆ

Pee Nak 5 One year has passed since the terrifying encounter with "Pee Nak Tinn" (from Pee Nak 4). Just when Balloon (Aim Witawat), First (James Bhuripat), and Khun Tho (Mean Phiravich) thought they could finally live in peace, horror strikes again. The trio suddenly finds themselves being hunted by a new, more vengeful, and ferocious "Pee Nak" ghost.

Fortunately, Not (Tar Atiwat), the former novice monk skilled in magical arts, steps in to save them just in time. However, a shocking revelation unfolds: this new entity isn't just haunting randomly—it specifically seeks to claim the lives of "everyone Not loves." Now, the gang must reunite for a chaotic and terrifying journey to uncover the origin of this vengeful spirit and break the curse before death comes for them all.
