หนังภาพยนตร์ GOD SKIN หรือในชื่อภาษาไทยว่า หมัดเทวา ท้าเดิมพัน เมื่อ 'วิน' (จี๋ - สุทธิรักษ์ ทรัพย์วิจิตร) ไรเดอร์หนุ่ม ต้องเผชิญหน้ากับปัญหาหนี้สินที่รุมเร้า เนื่องจากแม่ของเขาป่วยหนักจนต้องเข้าโรงพยาบาล ในระหว่างที่วินกำลังหาทางช่วยแม่ เขาก็ได้เจอกับ  'อิฐ' (จ๋าย - อิชณน์กร พึ่งเกียรติรัศมี) เพื่อนเก่าสมัยเรียนที่ได้พาวินเข้าสู่สังเวียนต่อสู้ใต้ดิน 'มิราจ' ที่ทุกผลแพ้-ชนะมีเงินรางวัลเป็นเดิมพัน วินตัดสินใจเป็นนักสู้ในสังกัดของอิฐ และทำให้เขาได้เจอกับ 'แพรวา' (มินนี่ - ภัณฑิรา พิพิธยากร) คนรักเก่าที่ทำงานอยู่

ความพิเศษของสังเวียนแห่งนี้คือการสัก 'ยันต์เทวา' ยันต์ที่เหล่านักสู้ต้องสักก่อนการต่อสู้ในแต่ละครั้งเพื่อรับพลังจาก 'สัตว์' แบบต่างๆ ซึ่งจะทำให้เหล่านักสู้มีพละกำลังมากขึ้น  แต่ต้องแลกมาด้วยความทรุดโทรมของร่างกาย วินเผชิญหน้ากับคู่ต่อสู้มากมายเพื่อเงินรางวัล โดยหนึ่งในคู่ต่อสู้ที่น่ากลัวที่สุดคือ 'บิลลี่ บรองโก้' (เป้ - อารักษ์ อมรศุภศิริ) นักสู้ระดับตำนาน วินเดินหน้าต่อสู้อย่างไม่ยอมแพ้ โดยมีเดิมพันครั้งใหญ่เป็นเงินและชีวิต

GOD SKIN When Win (Gee - Sutthirak Subvijitra), a young food delivery driver, faces an overwhelming debt crisis due to his mother’s severe illness and hospitalization, he desperately searches for a way out. During his struggle, he crosses paths with Itt (Jai -Itkron Pungkiatrussamee), an old school friend who introduces him to "Mirage," an underground fighting arena where every win or loss comes with a cash prize. Win decides to become a fighter under Itt's management, which also leads him to cross paths with Praewa (Minnie - Phantira Pipityakorn), his ex-girlfriend who works there.

The unique and dangerous catch of this arena is the "GOD SKIN" (Sacred Tattoo). Fighters must receive these tattoos before every match to channel the powers of various beasts, granting them superhuman strength. However, this power comes at a terrible cost—the rapid deterioration of their own bodies. Win faces numerous formidable opponents for the prize money, including one of the most terrifying: Billy Bronco (Pae - Arak Amornsupasiri), a legendary fighter. With money and his very life on the line, Win charges into the arena, refusing to back down.
